| We are temporarily unable to process gift card balance inquiries through our website. To check the balance on your gift card, please call 1-888-891-2429 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. We apologize for any inconvenience. | ||
| 2. | Shop Online | |
| Enjoy our famous cheesecakes at home! A selection of our most popular cheesecakes are available online and can be shipped to any state in the U.S., with the exception of New Mexico. We are unable to ship orders outside of the United States. Made with only the finest ingredients, every cheesecake is hand-packaged and delivered to your door by Federal Express. The Cheesecake Factory 10” Cheesecakes arrive pre-sliced and serve 12; our 7” Cheesecakes are whole and serve 6-8. | ||

| Our entire menu, including our cheesecakes and other desserts, are available “To Go”! You may place your order in advance by calling your local Cheesecake Factory restaurant directly or order at the bakery counter when you arrive. | ||
| 4. | Nutritional Information | |
| At this point, we do not provide nutritional information for our menu selections. We pride ourselves on using only the freshest and finest ingredients available. Everything on our menu is made in-house on a daily basis so that we can maintain the highest food quality standards. | ||
| 5. | Special Dietary Concerns | |
| We will do our best to accommodate any special dietary requirements that our guests may have. When placing your order, just inform your server of your special requests. | ||
| 6. | Vegetarian Menu Items | |
| The Cheesecake Factory is pleased to offer a wide selection of vegetarian items on our extensive menu. Appetizers include 'Bruschetta', 'Hot Spinach and Cheese Dip', and 'Avocado Eggrolls'; Pizzas include 'Fresh Mozzarella' and 'Tomato, Basil & Cheese Pizza'; Specialties include 'Grilled Portabella on a Bun'; Pastas include 'Angel Hair Pasta', 'Four Cheese Pasta' and 'Evelyn’s Favorite Pasta'; Salads include 'French Country Salad' and 'Endive, Pecan and Blue Cheese Salad' (please note that any of our salads can be prepared without the accompanying chicken, meat or fish); Sandwiches include 'Grilled Cheese' and 'The Incredible Grilled Eggplant Sandwich'; Egg dishes include 'California Omelette' and 'Asparagus, Portabello and Artichoke Omelette'. | ||

| Although The Cheesecake Factory does not print a special menu for children, we do offer a number of 'Kid Friendly' items such as our 'Quesadilla' appetizer, 'Grilled Cheese Sandwich', 'Cheese' or 'Pepperoni Pizza', 'Cajun Chicken Littles', 'Roadside Sliders', and 'Buffalo Wings'. Also, not listed on our menu is the 'Kid’s Pasta Marinara', made with bow tie pasta and a side of marinara sauce. For our youngest guests (those in a highchair) we offer a complimentary 'Baby Plate' with slices of banana, fresh bread and fresh oranges. | ||

| We receive many requests for our delicious menu recipes. At this point, The Cheesecake Factory recipes are proprietary and we do not share them outside of our own kitchens. One day we will publish a cookbook featuring our recipes. In the meantime, please join us for a delicious taste of The Cheesecake Factory! | ||

| The Cheesecake Factory is proud to offer our guests outstanding menu variety, food quality, and generous portions at a great value. Prices range from $5.95 to $27.95. During lunch, many items on our menu are offered at “Lunch-Sized Portions” at a lower price. | ||

| The Cheesecake Factory is an upscale, casual dining restaurant, so please dress in a manner that is comfortable for you! | ||
| 12. | Restaurant Reservations | |
| The Cheesecake Factory restaurants do not take reservations. We seat guests in the order that they arrive once the entire party is there. | ||
| 13. | Banquet Facilities | |
| Some of our restaurants have private dining space available for parties, wedding receptions, entertaining and meetings. You may check your local restaurant's listing on our "Locations" page to see if they offer banquet facilities, or call the restaurant's general manager to reserve space for your event. | ||
| 14. | Birthday Celebrations | |
| The Cheesecake Factory is the perfect place to celebrate a birthday! Just let your server know that a birthday is being celebrated and, at the end of your meal, the birthday guest will be presented with a complimentary scoop of ice cream with a lit candle accompanied with a “Happy Birthday” song from our staff. In addition, we also offer our birthday guests the option to purchase a slice of cheesecake, which will arrive on a plate decorated with chocolate sauce and sprinkles. | ||

| 18. | Restaurant Artwork and Décor | |
| Part of The Cheesecake Factory experience is enjoying our distinctive décor. This is where we add our color and fun, from the Egyptian columns and hand-blown lighting fixtures, to the dark cherry wood and brass accents. A common décor theme found throughout the Cheesecake Factory restaurants are our murals, created by Mary D’Astugues, a former manager who launched the trend at our Redondo Beach location in 1988. These distinct murals add panache and a unique touch to each Cheesecake Factory location. | ||

Due to the volume of requests that we receive, we are sorry that we are unable to give interviews for school projects or answer specific questions which are not addressed on our website. | We were recently made aware that fraudulent offerings of The Cheesecake Factory gift cards are appearing as "pop up" ads or being sent directly to our guests' e-mail via "spam" mailings. These fraudulent messages promise one of our gift cards in exchange for filling out a short survey and providing your email address and other contact information. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE CHEESECAKE FACTORY DOES NOT SPONSOR OR ENDORSE THIS ACTIVITY, HAS NO ASSOCIATION WITH THE PERSONS WHO ARE PERPETRATING THIS FRAUD, AND IS MAKING EVERY EFFORT TO STOP THESE ACTIVITIES.
