1.	25th Anniversary
	On Tuesday, February 25, 1978, The Cheesecake Factory opened it's first restaurant in Beverly Hills, California to a long line of curious and hungry guests. Twenty-five years later, on Tuesday, February 25, 2003, we returned to Beverly Hills to celebrate our Silver Anniversary with long-time friends and supporters.
