Cheesecake Rewards® Members (“Members”) will receive one $10.00 dining credit (each, a “$10 Reward” and collectively, the “$10 Rewards”) for every $50.00 worth of Gift Cards (hereafter defined) purchased online through their Cheesecake Rewards account in a single transaction during the Promotion Period (hereafter defined). To qualify for this promotion, Cheesecake Rewards® Members must access this promotion from their Cheesecake Rewards® account dashboard and provide their Rewards Number (i.e. registered mobile phone number) in the designated box when making any such purchase. This promotion will not be available by accessing The Cheesecake Factory® main website gift card page, as it is an exclusive offer to Cheesecake Rewards® Members.  $10 Reward is subject to the additional terms and conditions set forth below, and to any additional terms and conditions provided upon issuance. $10 Reward may be redeemed only when dining at a Participating Restaurant (hereafter defined). $10 Rewards will appear in Members’ Cheesecake Rewards® account on 2/19/2025. $10 Rewards may be used beginning 02/19/2025 and EXPIRE 03/31/2025 (end of business day).

Definitions: “Gift Card” means a The Cheesecake Factory gift card (including either a physical gift card or an electronic gift card).  “Promotion Period” means 01/22/2025 through 02/18/2025 while supplies last or until earlier terminated. “Participating Restaurant” means any The Cheesecake Factory restaurant located in the United States, including Puerto Rico.

$50.00 Gift Card increments must be purchased in a single transaction. May not be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer. Neither The Cheesecake Factory Restaurants, Inc. nor its affiliates are responsible for any inability to purchase Gift Cards during the Promotion Period, regardless of cause, and will not provide rain checks or other 'make goods' in the event of any such inability. The Cheesecake Factory is not responsible for, and will not refund, gift card orders that are not completed correctly and/or are missing a Rewards Number and therefore fail to qualify for a $10 Reward.  

$10 Reward is redeemable only when dining at a Participating Restaurant from 02/19/2025 through 03/31/2025 $10 Rewards expire end of business day on 03/31/2025. $10 Reward is not redeemable for pick-up or delivery, or through any food delivery service. $10 Reward may only be used for one purchase transaction, and may not be used for purchases of alcohol or gift cards, or for tax, or gratuity. If $10 Reward is applied to a purchase of less than $10.00, Member will receive a dining credit only for the amount of such purchase.  Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $10.00. Non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except The Cheesecake Factory may substitute dining credit for another offer of equal or greater value if the $10 Reward should become unavailable for any reason. Members may redeem multiple $10 Rewards on the same check. $10 Rewards may not otherwise be combined with any other offer. Members are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with receiving and/or using the $10 Reward. To redeem the $10 Reward, Members must tell their server that they are a Cheesecake Rewards® Member and would like to redeem their $10 Reward and provide the phone number associated with their Member account.
